Pixelhatch Pty Ltd (we, us, our) operates the Telleo platform. We are committed to handling your personal information responsibly and in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

1. What we collect

We collect your name, email address, agency or business name, and website URLs when you create a Telleo account or use our services. We also store client records, scan results, report history, credit usage, and billing records that you generate through the platform.

2. Why we collect it

We use your information to operate and deliver the Telleo platform, generate AI visibility reports, process payments, send magic link authentication emails, and provide account support. We do not use your information for advertising and we do not sell it to third parties.

3. How we store it

Account and platform data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database hosted on Render infrastructure in the United States (Oregon). Report assets are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage. All data is encrypted in transit via TLS. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

Telleo submits publicly accessible website content to AI models to generate visibility analysis. By using the platform, you consent to this processing on behalf of yourself and any clients whose websites you submit. Only publicly accessible content from the URLs you provide is used. We do not submit personal, health, or financial information to AI models.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you. Contact us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
